Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee using the card on file.
All sales are final for packages, services, and products.
What level of undress is expected?
Undress to your comfort level.
Most clients choose to undress to their underwear or go nude, but this is completely up to you. You will always be properly draped during the session — only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
What should I expect during my first massage?
We’ll begin with a short intake to discuss your health history, goals, and any tension or concerns you have.
You’ll be given privacy to undress and get comfortable on the table under the sheets.
Throughout the session, I’ll check in to ensure pressure and techniques feel right for you.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your goals:
For general stress relief, once a month is a great place to start.
For chronic pain or injury recovery, I recommend once or twice a week for 4–6 weeks, depending on your condition and progress.
What types of massage do you offer?
I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, and also incorporate elements of Lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy, depending on your needs. I have a background in both medical and spa settings and use techniques I have gleaned from both.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, I do not bill insurance. Most insurance companies have not significantly updated their reimbursement rates for massage therapy since the ‘90s and often make payment collection unnecessarily complicated. Thank you for understanding!
HSA and FSA cards are accepted with pre-authorization.
If you'd like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company.
